(1) Upon examination of the application received in accordance with Rule 3, if it is found that the documents and details required for industry registration are complete, the industry registration body shall register such application and issue a certificate of application registration to the applicant in accordance with Schedule-3.
(2) In addition to the details mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Act, in the certificate of purpose registration given as per sub-rule (1), the period during which the industrial operation or commercial production or business should be started as per Schedule-4 shall also be mentioned.
